Wow, this page took a long time getting up. I know it's practically time for the next episode already, but it'd feel wrong not to give this episode its due anyway.
I loved the moments with them dealing with the baby! Seeing them shopping was so funny, and it's adorable to see how good Dean is with kids. Sad to see how cold Sam is, yet again, and I'm still intrigued but desperately waiting for an explanation/a Sam breaking down and crying about his experiences in the Pit moment... or SOMETHING.
I kind of liked and kind of disliked that the shifters have special shifter parents and a "first shifter/God of the Shifters" guy. In a way it seems to take a bit of interest out of it if they all just come from the same place. Like Sam said, I always just thought of them as ending up with a sort of "shifter" gene, X-Men style.
Anyway, overall a good episode, and I've decided I really am fond of Lisa for understanding Dean and letting him go.

I liked this episode too! The brothers trying to take care of a baby was hilarious! And definitely sad too. Dean with the baby was so cute!
I don't know if I liked that father of all shifters thing either. I mean they made it seem like this "Father" shifter always comes to collect his kids, and then what? Raises them all? But what about in that first episode with the shifter? Skins? Or maybe Shifter? I dunno, it's the one where he impersonates Dean for a little while? Anyway, he wasn't raised by a shifter. That one spoke about how his 'father' beat him and called him a freak and all of that.
At least I'm pretty sure. Maybe I'll go back and watch. But if that's the case, did the Father shifter just miss that one or something? Or can shifters have kids and pass down their genes too? (though in that ep that one shifter made it seem like that wasn't the case...) Hmmm.
