(Cont. from Fool Moon) "Hey Dean. I wouldn't say 'juicy,' exactly, but I've got some movement down here. Two people, a guy in his mid-to-late twenties and a girl. Younger, probably about 20 years old. They just pulled up in a car with a broken window, and it looks like they came from out of town." This was the main street, after all, and Sam was pretty much at one end of it. The only thing past where they were was the hotel, and Sam knew for a fact that he and Dean were the only ones currently staying in it.

Dean scowled.
"You're right. That's not 'juicy' at all!" Dean huffed. Then he remembered what D'Agosta said about out of towners not being all that common. And the broken window was actually just a tad suspicious. "Though you never know, right? New people passing through right after a bunch of people disappeared? Could be they just get a kick outta mysteries like that, but maybe they actually know something. Where are you?"

"Main Street. Edge of town, near the hotel."
Sam risked another quick glance around the corner. There was definitely something suspicious about them. The way they were looking around, they definitely hadn't just driven in for dinner and a show.
"Guy's got a book of some kind. Leatherbound." Leatherbound meant old. Leatherbound might mean magic. ...Or maybe he was just a dork who thought having a fancy notebook made him look cool. The journey was still out on whether these guys were serious or just wannabe monster hunters out for fun. The girl seemed a little young to be seriously into anything... Although he didn't really have any right to say that, did he?

"Main street. Got it. I'm heading that way now." Dean was going in that general direction anyway. He quickened his pace, interested in catching a glimpse of the newcomers. "Sounds more interesting than anything I've got. Though I did manage to strike a few towns from our list, I think."
Dean paused thoughtfully. "Leather bound book, huh? Odd this day in age. Do these guys look like the amateur magic using Harry Potter wannabe types?"

They didn't, actually. Well, the girl's little blue hoodie made her look sort of ameteur, but she also seemed confidant; not nervous and giggly like a wannabe would be. And the man looked pretty serious. Besides, there was something about that car, the shattered window, that made them look more serious. No way were they just out for a joyride in that thing. Not in this weather.
"I don't think so. They seem pretty serious. For all we know, they're the ones summoning the Hunt. Hurry up, I'll keep an eye on them 'til you get here."

"Good point. Ok, I'll be there in a minute." Dean hung up the phone and hurried towards Haven Valley's main street.
